HOW IT WORKS
1. CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE + PREFERRED DAY
We have packages to choose from that accommodate two through six adults (or more). Just let us know if you have additional people in your group or need special accommodations and we will do our best to make it happen! Select your ideal day when you make your booking request. We will first confirm availability by text or email.
2. CONFIRMATION + PAYMENT
Once our staff confirms availability, we will finalize your request and send your invoice. Once your invoice is paid, you are booked!
3. SHOW UP & ENJOY
A staff member will text a photo of your location or meet you to ensure you find your spot. Please allow a 30 minute window for your reservation time to account for any unexpected delays that may occur on the beach from time to time. For your convenience, we will text or call once your reservation is ready! We have a preferred locations throughout the Tampa Bay beaches that we are sure you will love but will make every effort to accommodate alternative location requests.
4. TEXT US WHEN YOU'RE READY TO LEAVE
Call or text to let us know you are finished and leave the clean up to us!

THE FOLLOWING POLICIES APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS
PARKING NOTE: Parking on any of our Tampa Bay Beaches is challenging, especially during spring break and peak beach season. We recommend carpooling and ridesharing when possible, arriving early, and scheduling your beach day for the morning hours. Additional parking tips are available upon request. Beachfront Bellhop Tampa Bay cannot guarantee the availability of parking and cannot provide refunds based upon lack of parking. Early arrival is critical to ensure adequate parking. Please plan ahead to ensure you make the most of your beach day.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I AM BOOKED? All reservations must be confirmed by our staff and paid in full.
WHEN DO WE ARRIVE? Each reservation includes a 30 minute window to allow for any unexpected delays due to traffic or parking on the beach. For your convenience, we will text or call you when your reservation is ready.
WHERE DO WE GO? Unless we have confirmed an alternative location for your group, all bookings are at the location of your Booking Request.
While we cannot guarantee a precise location for your set up, we make every effort to place you as close to your desired location as possible! A staff member will text a photo of your location or meet you to ensure you find your spot.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY? Payment in full is due at the time your reservation is confirmed. We will send a link to your invoice by text or email. We primarily accept payment electronically, but please let us know if you need to make alternative arrangements. If you would like to tip our team members, please do so via Venmo @bfbellhoptb.
WE ARE READY TO LEAVE, WHAT DO WE DO? Please text prior to your departure so equipment is not left on the beach unattended for too long. We will be right there to tidy up! All equipment (coolers, towels, chairs, games, toys, etc.) must remain with the complete set up and returned at the end of your beach day. That's it!
CAN WE KEEP THE TOWELS? Please let us know of any special requests at the time of booking so we can make any necessary arrangements. Otherwise, all rental items are to remain with the set up.
IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN/WIND, WHAT DO WE DO NOW? We make every effort to accommodate poor weather conditions. If rain is in the day's forecast, you may choose to reschedule your set up for another day (subject to availability) or cancel and receive a full refund. Cancellations and reschedule requests must be received by call or text the night before any reservation scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. or earlier the following day, and no later than 2 hours before your reservation time if reservation is scheduled to begin later than 9:30 a.m.
If winds are predicted to exceed 13 mph, for safety reasons we will not be able to set up cabanas. If winds are predicted to exceed 13 mph on the day of your reservation, you may: (1) cancel and receive a full refund provided you do so within the timeframe set forth in the preceding paragraph; (2) reschedule your set up for another day (subject to availability); or (3) keep your reservation and use all remaining items for 25% off!
Custom Packages may require a non-refundable deposit to cover permitting or other out-of-pocket expenses and will be confirmed prior to your booking.
Beachfront Bellhop Tampa Bay reserves the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to cancel any reservation due to the threat of inclement weather and/or wind and in such circumstances will provide a full refund for any sums paid for said reservation, with the exception of any out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with a Custom Package.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER RULES? All reservations are subject to the Terms & Conditions and Policies contained on our website. Please also note that by booking with Beachfront Bellhop Tampa Bay, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following Assumption of Risk and Release from Liability:
Assumption of Risk. I understand and acknowledge that use of beach equipment and beach day activities (the “Activity”) may be dangerous and may involve the risk that I will sustain serious injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, and/or property damage. I understand that the Activity will not be supervised and that Beachfront Bellhop Tampa Bay, LLC (“the Company”) does not provide medical services. I VOLUNTARILY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS AND DANGERS THAT MAY OCCUR PURSUANT TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY, INCLUDING THE RISK OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
Although the Company may from time to time provide personal lockbox devices, it does not guarantee that personal items will not or cannot be stolen, and I understand that any personal items left unattended on the beach are at risk of being lost or stolen.
Release from Liability. I hereby agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs and my personal representatives, to fully and forever discharge and release Company and its affiliates, and their respective partners, agents, operators, managers, employees, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims I may have or hereinafter have for any injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, damages, liabilities, theft or loss of personal property, expenses and/or causes of action, now known or hereinafter known in any jurisdiction in the world, attributable or relating in any manner to my participation in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or any of the Released Parties or by any other reason. I acknowledge and agree that this Release and Waiver of Liability for a Potentially Dangerous Activity is intended to be, and is, a complete release, as much as allowed by law, of any responsibility of the Released Parties for all personal injuries, temporary or permanent disability, death, and/or property damage sustained by me while participating in the Activity.
Covenant Not to Sue. I agree, for myself and all my heirs, not to sue the Released Parties or initiate or assist in the prosecution of any claim for damages or cause of action against the Released Parties which I or my heirs may have as a result of any personal injury, death or property damage I may sustain while participating in the Activity.
